Artisan Beach House
Welcome to our Artisan Beach Hoouse on Sunlight Beach. The home has elegant touches throughout and best of all, when you step out the back door you are right on the beach! Enjoy life at the beach, the beauty of the water, wildlife and boats and ships as they pass by.
Located right on Sunlight Beach on Useless Bay, just about everything on the south end is within a 10-minute drive.
With bedrooms on all 3 floors, we can acoomodate up to 8 adults and 10 guest total if you have children in your group. The entry level, has a large bedroom with a king bed on one end and 2 twins on the other. The entry level has a full bathroom with a shower, a living room area and kitchenette. Up a flight to the main floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as a half bath between the 2 bedrooms. We have recentlyconverted the top floor loft into a spacious, fully enclosed, bedroom with a king bed and a desk.
The main floor has a very ope living/dining/kitchen space with large view windows to enjoy the view and one another. A gas grill on the deck, a gourmet kitchen, and great eating out options, will mean you are sure to enjoy every meal here!
This is a high end, quality custom built home, with hardwood and slate floors, beautiful wood cabinetry and lovely art and decor throughout!
Useless Bay is quite shallow and gives lots of space to explore and play at low tide; and amazing sunsets!
Close proximity to Seattle, Port Townsend, Anacortes, and the San Juan Islands should you want to take a day trip somewhere. Deception Pass, the most visited State Park in all of Washington, is at the north end of the island, just over a 1 hour drive. Great shopping, parks, hikes, and local attractions may keep you right here on the south end; even if you come for a week or two!
