Lower Level

• 1 Bedroom with Queen bed
• Bedroom has a door leading to back yard patio area with easy access to the hot tub
• Bunk room with twin bunk bed and a full size futon
• You walk through the bunk room to access the bedroom on the lower level
• Shared bathroom with direct access from the bunk room
• Shower/Tub combo in the lower level bathroom

Common Areas

Living Room on the Main Floor

• Spacious living room that is open to the dining area 
• Lots of windows overlooking the beautiful yard and views of the shipping lanes and mountains
• French doors to the deck

TV Room on the lower level 

• Large flat screen TV with You Tube TV, Netflix and Pandora already set up
• Leather sectional sofa 
• 2 chairs on far side of the TV room in front of the propane fireplace
• French doors leading out to the covered patio and the back yard
• Hot tub and back yard are accessed through the TV Room or from the outside of the house
• Selection of board games in the TV room closet
