Langley Beach House

Welcome to the Langley Beach House! Truly the only waterfront vacation home right in downtown Langley. Our 2 story, 5 bedroom home sits on the waters edge just down the street from the Langley Marina. You will enjoy the spectacular view from nearly every spot in the house. 

We comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests with plenty of space to spread out. The main floor, with picture windows along the water side, has a very open floor plan with easy access to the outdoor patio and yard.

Location – In the Sandy Hook Community, Clinton

View – Westerly exposure with views of ships passing, sunsets, water & mountains

Beach Access -  about a half mile from the house 

Pets – dogs are permitted; must be arranged prior to your arrival - sorry, no cats

Smoking - not permitted

• Cleaning fee is $295
• WA Sales & Lodging tax is 10.8% and is not included in the above rates
• 25% Deposit due at time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to your arrival
