Whether you are traveling with your family or friends, our Sunlight Beach home offers a wonderful opportunity to experience one of nicest beach communities on Whidbey Island. Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath beachfront home sits right on Sunlight Beach on Useless Bay which is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood.

 

The main floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area. All of these areas have a wide open view of the beach and water.

 

There is a large dining table that seats 8 as well counter seating for 4 in the kitchen. The living room has french doors that open up to a sun room. The sun room has garage style doors to create an 'outdoor' space when the weather is nice.

 

The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and it's own bathroom with a toilet and sink. There is one full bathroom in the house and that is on the main floor. Upstairs we have 2 more bedrooms, each with queen beds, and large windows looking out towards the water.

 

There is a grassy area between the house and the beach sand which is a great spot for outdoor games.

 

We are very centrally located on the south end of the island. Langley, Freeland and the Clinton ferry terminal are all within a 15 minute drive. There is a grocery store, a few restaurants & coffee shops, and a wine shop all within a couple of miles.

 

We are in a very friendly beach community with neighbors close by, so if you are looking for a party spot this won't be a good option for you.
