Beach Bluff is a large, newly updated home offering expansive views of Mutiny Bay and neighboring wetlands and easy access to beach, pool and tennis. It is a newly remodeled four-bedroom, 5,500 square foot home with large, comfortable rooms. Most offer beautiful views of Mutiny Bay and neighboring wetlands.

An open floor plan, large decks and comfortable furnishings encourage relaxation and family fun. Cooking is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen with island and seating area.

Private access to the best beach on Whidbey Island is short walk away. Enjoy beach combing, bonfires, crabbing and long walks. If you prefer a fresh water swim or game of tennis, the private community pool and tennis court are just across the street.

In the evenings, enjoy the outdoor fireplace on the deck while listening to your music through the built-in speakers. And if you just want to relax and watch the big game – enjoy it on the 65” curved TV in the living or the flat panel TV in the family rooms. Should you want to shop or dine out, downtown Freeland is 5 min away and Langley 10.

Inside Beach Bluff you will find a spacious, bright home perfect for families or large groups. Every room is over-sized and most have expansive views of the bay shipping lanes. The home is newly furnished with Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware furniture intended to enhance your beach experience. Your kids will love the bunk room, games, ping-pong table and large yard.
